"Great rooms, location is close to City Hall. Loved the restaurant inside the hotel, great food and very quick service! The nighttime manager was so kind to help us during our stay. My vehicle could not fit in their garage but they offer other parking garages for a better price. Staff was so helpful! "

"Yes, great hotel, great location. I simply wanted time alone, a room to myself to chill, do homework, etc, and I chose the right spot. The rooms have balconies, which was a surprise to me, and my balcony overlooked a forest. Very relaxing, clean rooms. Even though I had to be at work for 11am, I appreciated that they have a noon checkout. This hotel will definitely be my go-to place."

"The Fairmont Royal York is a jewel in the heart of the GTA. Without exception each and every staff member we met during our stay made us feel as if we were their number one priority. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable people eager to help and provide first class service. I wish I could single out each and every staff member for jobs well done. The property was impeccably clean and the lobby areas were beautifully lit and furnishings well maintained. Dining and bar areas were unique and menus were diverse and well presented. The accommodation was well sized and appointed, the Gold floor experience was second to none and should be strongly considered as an option. Room service was very tasty, prompt and helpful employees as is the norm at the Royal York. The Royal York is a unique experience in a very competitive market and seems to set the industry standard when it comes to old school, first class customer service and is a remarkable lodging experience from beginning to end.
